{"id":57,"date":"2011-02-25T13:29:10","date_gmt":"2011-02-25T04:29:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gwcenter.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp\/en"},"modified":"2023-12-13T09:53:48","modified_gmt":"2023-12-13T00:53:48","slug":"plan","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/gwcenter.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp\/en\/plan","title":{"rendered":"About KAGRA Project (under construction)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"title_archives\">\n<h2>About KAGRA Project<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<h3>About KAGRA Project<\/h3>\n<p>Deep under the mountain of the Kamioka mine in Kamioka-cho, Hida-city, Gifu-prefecture, there are many leading edge facilities to answer questions about many physics, astronomical and cosmological subjects that haven&#8217;t been answered, such as &#8220;Super Kamiokande&#8221; that is the successor of &#8220;Kamiokande&#8221;, with which Pro.Koshiba won the Nobel Prize because of detection of supernova origin neutrino in 2002.
